Chris Brennan victorious in 1:30 in Gracie Fighting Championships!

Chris Brennan came into the Gracie Fighting Championships on May 19 with a  lot to prove.  Many people had written him out after two difficult losses to some of the top names in MMA.  With a new determination, Brennan looked to make an example out of the formidable Adam Disabato at GFC's second pay per view effort, Evolution.  Brennan, who will be fighting a lot more this year than in the past, wanted to put his name back on the map as one of the premiere fighters in the world.  And he did just that!

Brennan vanquished Disabato in only 1:30 of the first round with a toe-hold submission.  Brennan, who has always been a force on the ground showed that he has not lost a step since his last fight in August of 2006.  Brennan now looks to solidify his name at the top of the world and reclaim championship gold. He will start with 4 fights with World Vale Tudo Federation, beginning on June 30, 2007.  Stay tuned to www.valorfighting.com for the latest on "The Westside Strangler" and his rise back to the top!
